Why is there none on the two dyno's ive had from CMC and SPR

It was a run through the gears, the dyno operator just wanted to make sure there wasn't any issue on the way through the box, as some bikes alter the mapping depending on gear, to make the bike more rideable, a prime example was the BMW S1000RR but that is a savage beast, massive valves and short stroke tend to make it that way.

If you notice when you look at a dyno plot, the torque and the power cross, and if you notice it's always at the same place, there is a mathematical relationship between torque and power, that connection is revolutions.

And before anyone points out, you are correct, there are only 5 gears there.
This starts from second gear, correct?

1st gear, especially on a 125, is simply to get you moving.

Here we go again.
Taking this morning from cold start

Hi DW,
My Bike is currently doing the same thing. I have to keep on the throttle around 4,000rpm mark then it will eventually cut out. Blipping the throttle would work for a short moment then cut out.

I think I am running rich but Im just assuming.

What do you think I should do?
I haven't adjusted the the idle setting yet, do think I should start with that?

Here we go again.
Taking this morning from cold start
This is sort of what's happening to my bike after my fooking service last Friday, but my fooker won't even go to 2000rpm on cold start looks like my automatic choke isn't evan kicking in at at.

I ended up needing a new throttle body and injector...
