i have the akrapovic install on my r125
its hard to get the blot out without loosing in side the exhaust do you have any tips on removing the blot without it dropping inside ?

What do you mean by "blot"? Are you referring to the removable baffle, or the internal packing material?

the blot that hold the baffle in on the side of the exhaust
internal packing material

My advice, get somone to hold the throttle open.
About 9k RPM should stop anything from falling inside

no with wont work like that Mr fisher no getting the baffle is the problem
see on your scorp the bolt inside
the akra got it on the side

exhaust have CARBON FIBER OUTER SLEEVE the bolt can drop in side sleeve

thats what i was thinking are try and fine some magnetic allen key

Had to tilt the muffler so the bolt sat on the end of the allen key...

Or just stick a good chunk of thick grease to the end of a normal hex key so it sticks
