Now... why on EARTH did they decide to remove the mirrors?
Have they put blanking plates on instead?

That... actually looks WRONG without mirrors.
Looks more like a Derbi GPR to me when I saw it!
And yeah, the Micron's a fairly top-quality can. No idea about sound, but Micron were a big company before they collapsed :(

I remember back in 08 looking for exhaust there was only micron around I see a few r125 with that can

They used a technique called Hydro-forming, which allowed them the lovely shapes, but unfortunately it's massively expensive to do, which was to their cost unfortunately. Not every one wants to pay for great and clever engineering.
