I wash my bike almost every week.Ι unscrew all my fairings and i wash my bike everywhere.I polish her once a month.I heard of my friend saying that it is not good for the colour of my bike to polish her every month.What is your suggestion??

which polish are you using? as some take a little slice of paint away.

Never come across that before. I would cut down on it though. Bikes dont need that much waxing, just wash with a good shampoo, i use turtle wax. And wipe over shammy leather.
