Got a phone call other day, ive had driving lessons paid for me so hopefully have a car soon, pick up from where i left of. This meens bike will have to go too as CBT runs out in august and i cant afford to take car test, cbt or take full bike test as originally planned. Anybody got any tips for passing first time? insurance aint to bad can get it for £1400 fully comp (muahaha) so my only worry is passing the practical. Its been 3 years since i drove properly so any tips or advice would be welcome!

I'm sure you'll be fine mate.

I took lessons years ago but my biggest challenge was reverse parking for some reason. Didn't help that my instructor was a dick.

I actually gave up on my lessons and thought about my CBT because i hated my driving instructor so much! I should be thanking him now!

Anyway, good luck mate! hope you pass and hopefully one day after you've passed you will get your bike back!

ANY classic car is cheap.
They know you wont crash it!

Compared to saxos and corsas which they know you don't care about...

Remember your the driver, your in control so take your time, think logically before you act. Just take a few deep breathes when you need to and practice practice practice!!! I got my full drivers licence, had it a year now and I'm still being quoted silly money!!! I was actually looking last night! Its fooking crazy they wanted £6.5k for a stupid polo.

I would like a austin mini but im afraid il look like MR Bean! Im 5ft 11/12 don't know if im too big for it
