I use the wd-40 chain lube at the moment, seems really good, the wax for the winter and the lube for the summer

The wax looks horrible as it's just white stuff all over it, but it works through the rainy winter months!

Well about chain lube I am not quite satisfied with my Global Racing Oil, it lasts too little and it spreads all around my rear wheel and other bikes! Once I sprayed it and people on white PCX were saying my bike was spitting oil and I told them that it was impossible since the engine burns the loose oil.

Thank You very much Tim!

Hi

I would use a 10w-40 in the engine.

The best oils there are the Silkolene Pro 4 and Comp 4, Motul 300v, Redline, Amsoil, Shell Advance Ultra 4 and Castrol Power 1 Racing. The Motul 5100, Castrol Power 1, Shell Advance VSX and Silkolene Super 4 are good cheaper alternatives.

Chain lube is a tricky one, the best ones seem to vary from bike to bike and then the owners opinions seem to differ as well. I'd say go for any of the ones from a reputable company, or one of their race products if you want the best from them.

I'd use this as the coolant

Pro RG2 is a great all round grease and not too expensive.

This is a really good degreaser.

Hi

It's basically the same stuff as I would suggest for a R125

The best oils there are the Silkolene Pro 4 and Comp 4, Motul 300v, Redline, Amsoil, Shell Advance Ultra 4 and Castrol Power 1 Racing, so if it's going on track go for one of those. The Motul 5100, Castrol Power 1, Shell Advance VSX and Silkolene Super 4 are good cheaper alternatives.

I'd use one of these in the cooling system.

The best fluids for the brakes and clutch are the Castrol SRF, Motul RBF660 and Gulf RF1000. The Motul RBF600, Gulf RF1000, Millers 300 Plus and Fuchs Pro Race are close to those, but don't have quite as high boiling points. The next step down (in performance terms), but still an upgrade over standard are the Gulf Racing 5.1, Motul DOT 5.1 and Castrol React Performance. Any of the other DOT4 fluids we have are fine to use as a standard choice.

I've recently bought my 3rd can of Castrol chain lube. It's transparent and doesn't fling TOO badly.
The Putoline Yamaha sold me though is terrible, it's white and goes everywhere.
The good thing about the Castrol lube is that it's not a dry lube, so the chain doesn't need to be warmed.

Hi

I'd say similar to that. Even though the 710 is very good there are better ones, like Motul 800, Millers CFS 2T and Silkolene Pro 2. Silkolene Comp2 is very similar to the 710 and a bit cheaper.

Cheers for that. I'm Loyal to Motul so wont ever change :)

But Correct me if I'm wrong but the Motul 800 Is for Premix only... So won't be beneficial for me or Felix as our RS125's are Oil Injectors.
