Who are you with for your mobile phone?
What do you think of them?
I personally have one through O2, and one through 3.
O2 customer services are simply outstanding!
I got through to an actual person with less than 3 menu options, and there was absolutely no queue.
He was a friendly UK based representitive, VERY helpful and very considerate.
The o2 insurance company is also very very helpful and friendly.
Brilliant service all round.
Only gripe, is the prices, and the lack of help from in store staff.
I have a phone contract with them.
3, can be quite cheap, and has amazing in store staff (especially if you speak to a manager).
Their phone support isn't great however, indian based, and not 100% friendly.
However, I can't fault their phones or prices.
They network is second to none, never had better signal!
