Yo all, names chris ( Or mayoh if you prefer) got a black and gold yamaha r125 (as you all know its buggered) I work at Halfords until the army let me reapply. Any way nout much more intresting about my life so ill stop waffling :)

lol once in a straight line bike just went sod of n flew along ground n near enough flipped that ruined one boomerang which had be resprayed, hit a gypsy carrying metal on back of his van crack the other had be resprayed, and one3 a beemer pulled out on me n i just stopped n flipped to the side, that recracked my boomerang lol

Pah, in my experience, they don't do much to help :(

Other than if you are lying your bike down on the ground gently, or MAYBE at a <5mph crash.

The tear up your fairings, cracking them badly, and worse case scenario COULD damage your engine casing.

I've SEEN lots of horror stories :p

I am yet to see a bike, that has been saved by crash bungs.
But that is just my personal experience :)

My bike was saved by the crash bungs! they destoryed boomerangs but id rather have that rather than all one side fooked, they do help. actually witnessed a guy put a claim in that the bobbins had cracked his side panels. 2 weeks later he had brand new ones from yam.

That would of been Yamaha crash bobbins though right?
