Saw this at Blackbusche Market today...
Apart from bludgeoning people, what would you use it for?

It's a 50mm spanner!

I'm sorry, but if you want to see a huge spanner, you should see the ones we have at Papplewick ;D

Found this on google, it's one of the medium-sized ones we use for the Cylinder Covers.

Yes, but my one looks like a normal spanner, but bigger!

50mm is about the size of the head cover bolts in the picture above, to the right.
We could probably do with one :p

Yes you would, 3/4" drive sockets are the norm as well. There is a phrase about HGV gearboxes that you get three goes to fit them, first time you can get it close, second time is a struggle, third time you are shaking like a shi**ing dog, and that's your lot.

We used to have some enormous spanners offshore called slogging wrenches, they don't have massively long handles, but they turn a treat when you whack them with a sledge hammer!!!
