Define high temperature, seriously get to summer, and start thrashing it, and I really can't see it lasting.

u can get heat proof paint im pritty sure that stuff works...

Yes you can, but the link was to just standard hammerite which isn't, hence my comments, maybe should have explained my reasoning better.
