Not sure if this bread has been done but here they are. To get the code, your orange engine management light will flash. There are to different flashes a long slow flash and a short fast flash. So 3 long flashes followed by 9 long would be code 39.

12 Crankshaft position sensor
No normal signals are received from the crankshaft position sensor.

13 Intake air pressure sensor
(open or short circuit) Intake air pressure sensor: open or short circuit
detected.

14 Intake air pressure sensor
(hose line) Intake air pressure sensor: hose system malfunction
(clogged or detached hose).

15 Throttle position sensor (open or short circuit)
Throttle position sensor: open or short circuit detected.

16 Throttle position sensor Stuck throttle position sensor detected.
21 Coolant temperature sensor
Coolant temperature sensor: open or short circuit detected.

22 Intake air temperature sensor
(open or short circuit)
Intake air temperature sensor: open or short circuit detected.

30 Lean angle sensor (latch up
detected)
The vehicle has overturned.

33 Ignition coil (faulty ignition)
Malfunction detected in the primary wire of ignition coil.

37 ISC valve (stuck fully open) Engine speed is high when the engine is idling

39 Injector (open circuit) Injector: open circuit detected.
41Lean angle sensor (open or short circuit)
Lean angle sensor: open or short circuit detected.

42 Speed sensor
No normal signals are received from the speed sensor.

43 Fuel system voltage (monitoring voltage)
The ECU is unable to monitor the battery voltage (an
open or short circuit in the line to the ECU).

44 Error in writing the amount of CO adjustment on EEPROM
Error is detected while reading or writing on EEPROM
(CO adjustment value).

46 Vehicle system power supply (Monitoring voltage)
Power supply is not normal.

50 ECU internal malfunction (memory check error)
Faulty ECU memory. (When this malfunction is
detected in the ECU, the fault code number might not appear on the meter.)

Hope this helps.

Nice post, also nnoticed yesterday my engine light keeps coming on when sitting stationary at traffic, at first I thought it was overheating because it would go away soon after I started moving again, yesterday in the garden I realised the engine light would go away with little revs, so I'm guessing the light is trying to tell me my battery is very low.

Yeah, I'd guess the same. Get a charger and have a look, or ask a garage to then get a new one if needs be.

Yeah I thought so too. A few people have posted about the error codes reciently, including myself. They're in everyone's manual but, I can't find mine so this should help anyone that's also lost theirs.

My Engine Management was on when i purchased the bike and i've been riding the bike fine for around 3 months. Recently the engine light has been turning itself off for a short time then it will come back on. When the light is on the bike runs smoothly but when the light goes off the bike runs really rough and sluggish and if you try the start the bike with the light off it takes ages to fire and over fuels then it cuts out but if the lights on when you try start the bike it fires straight away with no problems.

I've replaced the injector and cleaned the carb many times with very little difference to the bikes performance. Anyone know why the bike over fuels when the engine management light is off but runs fine when the lights on?

If your bike runs better when the engine management light is on then I suspect that whatever the fault is the management light comes on to tell you that the faulty part has been shut down by the ECU. Does the engine management light flash at all when you turn on the ignition?

The only other thing I could suggest is that when I check my cooling fan is working I do this by unplugging the wiring from the engine temperature sensor, which immediately lights the engine management light on the dash. Maybe you have a bad connection to a sensor somewhere on the bike and the ECU thinks that part is not working so it compensates for it which is why the bike runs OK with the light on.
