Hi All,
Lee, 38 year old from Chesterfield here. Finally got round to creating a profile on here after receiving the invite ages ago. Site's looking good, Fisher's done a great job!

Hope this weather improves soon, yesterdays commute in horizontal rain & hail wasn't fun :)

Got an Arlen Ness Magnesium 2 piece set from the NEC Bike show. Just need a pair of boots to go with them (and of course the nice warm weather!)

Jacket (LJ 8304 AN) from Hein Gericke was already reduced from £349 and marked at £239, got it for £150! Also got a voucher for £20 off valid from Feb next year and a £10 loyalty card thing. Sadly they didn't have trousers to match in my size so had to go elsewhere. Got the trousers (LP 7897 AN) for £190, down from £229 (RRP £299!).

If you're thinking of buying clothing and you're not desperate for it and live within travelling distance of the NEC, its well worth waiting till November and going to the show. There were plenty of (admittedly pretty horrific coloured) 2 piece suits going for £200, cheap boots, helmets etc. Got a cheap ABBA superbike stand the year before as well which has been a superb investment.

i must admit, Benji's leathers did match his nearly-entirely black bike... :D

welcome aboard, Code. good to see everyone pops round, even if it is every now and then. makes me feel like we all do like each other. just had a scan at the Meets section on R125.co.uk and our first meet last year was organised by myself on Easter Sunday. with any hope, we'll have all warmed the planet a little more over the summer and we can get out and about a bit before then. i'm itching...
