Blown engine cover

I have an yzf r125 2018 that popped loudly while driving. I stopped at the side of the road directly when I heard the pop. When I got of I saw oil leaking from both the oil filler cap but also from the missing black part shown in the picture. Does anyone know what could have caused this and what I will have to do to repair it?

It may have some significance that I have a straight piped exhaust and I recently removed my airbox and filter and replaced it with an open cone filter.

All help I can get would be much appreciated!
