Well I WAS advertising on the other site, via PM messages every now and then.
You are welcome to continue for me, as I am now banned (unsure exactly why though...)
As for google adverts, I was thinking about that, as soon as we get the banner sorted etc.
We can get some pay per click adverts or something.
The BEST thing we can do, is just post our link everywhere.
Post it on all other forums around!
Find these online directories, for bike clubs etc. and get listed on them.
Obviously, we don't want to be seen as 'stealing' members from other forums, so if you mention the site, perhaps messsage message a moderator first about it asking permission...

People we can do better then this, no need to star a war with others sites. no one will like to see publicity to other site inside is own house.I think with a base this strong. We need to get our name out there. Advertise on other site without vixy noticing?Abit of google/other Internet adverts? Let's get our name out there! Any other ideas?
Lets make this site a good place to get info, to learn and to trade opinions and lets make this site like a R125 Big Family House.
About Google fisher can work in meta tags of the site and Google bot will do the rest.

I will do the meta tags etc. later on...
Although these days on the internet, Meta Tags mean NOTHIGN.
It is all about content, and links.
The more links TO a website, the higher google ranks it.
Same with links pointing out etc.
Things like, putting 'How To: ' in thread titles will help them appear on google as people will search things such as "How to do R125 oil change" for example.
Which is why if you look, I have been editing all the how to threads to include both "how to" and "R125"
