Yesterday my bike died. no compression or anything. I found an engine from a 2014 model, would it fin in a 2010 bike?

Do you know if the mounting is exactly the same, or if I would need some kind of bracket?

afaik it'll physically fit, i'm 99% sure they didn't change any of the main metal bits., The issue will likely be more with sensors and stuff like that. You will probably need to do some swapping over of sensors and whatnot from your old motor.. e.g. I think the TPS is different on gen1-2, for starters.

If you go the length of changing the engine then I’d say change the wiring loom, fuel injector, speedo & get the grill to match the 2014 design 👌
