        Biggest advice buy some cheap whey, oats, bananas, pea nut butter... your home made shake will be 'whey' cheaper than the expensive weight gainers and protein shakes on the market...

        Going along a road near to home, started raining pretty hard out of nowhere. I was in a queue of traffic behind a breakdown truck that was towing a car, in the right hand side of the lane, and there was potholes filled in, but not all of them were very well filled in. Hit one and shook the bars like crazy! Scared the life outa me

        This happened to me a couple of weeks back, hit a pothole at 30 and the bars starting shaking, it corrected it self though. Good job you're alright pal

        Yeah I'm either guna have two 2.5hour bike journeys and get rather wet! Or pay £34 and have a total of 6hours train journey!

        Well it's between 2 and 2.5hours to get from Chi to Bradford-on-Avon, about 100miles give or take. But I'm not going back to Chi until Sunday now. I rode back in the end, it was fine as soon as I was off the motorway, quite a good ride actually!
