The R3 (which is the european version) has been "spotted" but it looked nothing like the promo pics given, so I highly doubt that it's the one. Most likely a homemade version. Nothing new on the revstation updates either.

When I spoke to the ktm dealer at brands hatch this Easter, he told me the new rc series could be as late as next year, and will most Likely release the 125 version before the 390

Roughly how much are BT45s with fitting?

Tyres are £140 online, dunno about fitting. I got mine £170 with fitting by a mate, and he came to me. Probably 20-30 per tyre?
